Speakers

Australia's automotive industry is facing some enormous challenges in coming years with new services such as Covisint and the Australian Automotive Network Exchange offering the scope for substantial increases in business efficiency.

Holden's Ian Bird is a Regional Liaision Manager for Covisint in the Asia-Pacific region and his presentation showed just why this new company, set-up jointly by General Motors and Ford, has created such an air of excitement in the industry world-wide.

The Australian Automotive Network Exchange too, is part of a global set of new network services and in his presentation the Federated Chamber of Automotive Industries AANX business manager, Klaus Jahn, detailed the current state of play in its Australian development.

His presentation is available to subscribers on  request. Email to mail@aecn.org

A full report on both presentations was, as usual, published in the official newsletter of the Australian eCommerce Network, the eCommerce Report.
